This petti is super poofy! It's almost too poofy it's so huge, and I'm one who likes a maximum puff skirt too.
There's first a layer of cotton underneath, and then 4 layers of tiered organza, and then a top layer of very pretty soft tulle lace. The waistband is cotton and has a drawstring on the inside that you can tie up, but the waistband is very stretchy elastic anyway so you probably won't need to use it unless you're very tiny. It's definitely accomodating for plus size people, and the cotton makes it particularly great for hot weather or if you tend to sweat a lot.
It's definitely my new favourite thing, and far better than the literal decade old 2 pettis I was previously layering since 2011.

I got this petticoat in white and am very happy with it. It's very poofy. It fits comfortably on my 86cm waist, and the waistband easily stretches to accommodate my hips or shoulders when I put in on (depending on if I step into it or pull it over my head). The detailing on the out layer and the lace at the hem are very pretty.

This is exactly the petticoat I was looking for.
It is so poofy and available in the longer length I favor.
All the fabrics feel very nice and the petticoat is very comfortable to wear.

I bought the black one. The quality is top. The lace is very nice and does not bother you when it looks out from under the skirt.

Great quality for the price - I found a few loose threads here and there but nothing that 30 seconds with a needle and thread couldn't fix. The inner lining is very soft and comfortable, and the lace decoration on the outer lining is very pretty.
Would absolutely recommend this for plus-size folks, it's got amazing stretch!
It has ties on the inside to make the waist smaller or secure it to the size you'd like.
Excellent starter petti for anyone new to lolita, like me!
