Stocks Status
Unless specified otherwise at the product detail page, please get a brief view of the stocks status and process time at this page.
Shipping
For items in stock, please allow 1-4 business days before shipping. For items that are made on demand or custom orders, please allow up to 2 weeks (excluding Chinese national holidays).
International shipping generally takes 5-7 working days for express tracked shipping. Airmail generally takes 1-2 weeks. Please allow for delays from postal workers in your country and by customs clearing.
Unfortunately there may be times where we are unable to meet these time guidelines. If you have a problem, or need an item to arrive before a specific date, please either leave a note at checkout, email us at: contact@my-lolita-dress.com or chat on gtalk with the same ID. We will try our best to deliver your order within the deadline and aim to contact you within 24 hours if it is not possible to meet your schedule.
We use DHL, UPS or TNT for international shipping (airmail shipping coming soon!). We will email you the tracking number after we send out your package.

Please be aware of the making and handling times above when calculating the arrival date for your order.
Please check the clothes in the package when you get it, and if anything is wrong or damaged, please refuse to sign for it, and ask for a damage report from the delivery agent. Please contact then contact us at: contact@my-lolita-dress.com
In the unlikely event that the package is lost, providing it was sent via DHL, UPS or TNT we will resend or refund once confirmed. Please be aware that unfortunately we cannot offer a refund for lost airmail packages.
Color deviation:
All monitors differ slightly in colour display. Please be aware that the finished product may look a shade or so different from the colour on your computer screen.
Exchange and Return Policy:
1) Unfortunately most of our clothes cannot be exchanged or returned if you change your mind. Please be aware of this when ordering.
2) If there is a genuine manufacturing error we will be happy to provide refund or exchange. Please contact us in the unlikely case of this happening.
3) There can often be slight differences between size (a couple of centimeters either way) and colour (due to photographing conditions and individual monitor displays). Although we endeavour to assist you at every part of your shopping experience, please be aware that we cannot accept refunds for these reasons
