However, I find the cotton material for used for the inner lining to be not the greatest choice, as it tends to wrinkle easily. Cotton also has a rough surface which causes friction with cotton other fabrics, causing it to bunch up at the top around the waist line.
I would recommend Classical Puppets to replace the cotton material for all their petticoats with a smoother and more wrinkly-resistant material like polyester satin, which is the common fabric used for petticoats produced by Japanese Lolita brands.
